How To Carry a Satellite Broadcast in Your Area

Find a downlink site
Once you decide you would like to carry a broadcast, your next step is to locate a downlink site in your area where you can view the program. A downlink site is a facility with a satellite dish, viewing room and receiving television. To begin your search, the ct health @lert network has a list of viewing sites that we have used in the past. See ct han downlink sites for this information. Additional ideas for downlink sites not on our list include town halls and public libraries, hospitals and health care agencies, colleges and schools, large businesses and hotels, and even sports bars. But remember, many of these sites may involve considerable expense or have other types of restrictions.
